The role of a Junior Account Manager at Love + Money is to build & maintain the working relationship between our agency & our clients.

We want you to learn and grow in this role, to spend more time with our team & clients. As such, we’ll make sure you’re part of Meetings, Workshops & Sprints.

But first and foremost, you’re here to learn through doing, and to continue to develop the fundamentals of relationship-building & project management, with a particular focus on web & design. This is a junior role, and so experience doesn’t need to be super relevant.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Building and maintaining client relationships.

  • Project and timeline management.

  • Note-taking and recapping client meetings clearly for Love + Money, and our clients.

  • Ensuring the Love + Money team have access to the documents, tools and content they need to do their jobs.

  • Proof reading all copy ahead of client presentations, from workshops through to websites.

  • Overseeing project dispatch.

  • Permission and rights management across projects.

  • Has excellent people skills, someone who loves building rapport with their team and clients

  • Is a clear communicator

  • Is really really reaaallllyyy organised

  • Is able to translate a client’s needs into actionable tasks for the team

  • Can stay cool under pressure

  • Loves keeping people and projects organised, loves the satisfaction of ticking off a list
