JNR ACCOUNT MANAGER

The role of a Junior Account Manager at Love + Money is to build & maintain the working relationship between our agency & our clients.

We want you to learn and grow in this role, to spend more time with our team & clients. As such, we’ll make sure you’re part of Meetings, Workshops & Sprints.

But first and foremost, you’re here to learn through doing, and to continue to develop the fundamentals of relationship-building & project management, with a particular focus on web & design. This is a junior role, and so experience doesn’t need to be super relevant.

Your responsibilities will include

Building and maintaining client relationships.
Project and timeline management.
Note-taking and recapping client meetings clearly for Love + Money, and our clients.
Ensuring the Love + Money team have access to the documents, tools and content they need to do their jobs.
Proof reading all copy ahead of client presentations, from workshops through to websites.
Overseeing project dispatch.
Permission and rights management across projects.

We need someone who:

Has excellent people skills, someone who loves building rapport with their team and clients
Is a clear communicator
Is really really reaaallllyyy organised
Is able to translate a client’s needs into actionable tasks for the team
Can stay cool under pressure
Thrives on collaboration
Loves keeping people and projects organised, loves the satisfaction of ticking off a list
