Somebody who’s used to taking projects and running with them, who’s invested in working great ideas into great systems, and who has a genuine pathological love of Graphic Design. As well as being the most senior member of our growing design department and ultimately responsible for continuing to push/refine the studio’s output, we’ll also be looking to you to help refine the approach, have a say in the team, and set the tone for the more serious brand work we do.
The ideal candidate isn’t yet a Design Director but has the feeling they’re just about ready to be. We’ll help you learn and lean into this role. You’ll get a range of skills that help you gather more context on how your specialty sits in the bigger picture of brand and business design, and guidance in leading others and growing a team. You’ll need an open mind. You’ll need to be confident enough to have strong opinions and hold them loosely. You’ll need to be willing to both learn and teach.
